These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Imprint Acoustics Pty Limited ABN 12 163 281 687 trading as Imprint Acoustics and you the purchaser. By submitting a purchase order or otherwise placing an order with Imprint Acoustics, you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
References to “Product” means any perforated panel or other acoustic product supplied by Imprint Acoustics.
To accept a quote and for us to commence work, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The full balance is payable prior to dispatch. We will notify you when the Product is ready for dispatch (“Dispatch Notice”).
If payment is not received within 10 business days of the date of the Dispatch Notice, Imprint Acoustics reserves the right to charge a warehousing fee of $20 per day. This fee may either be deducted from the deposit or added to the final amount owing.
If final payment is not received within 30 business days of the date of the Dispatch Notice, Imprint Acoustics may commence debt recovery proceedings or dispose of the Product at its full discretion.
It is highly recommended to request a sample from Imprint Acoustics. We do not take responsibility for appearance variation in natural materials (i.e. timber and veneers).
Imprint Acoustics will make every commercially reasonable endeavour to maintain prices at the levels shown in the price list or quote. However, due to the nature of sourcing supplies from third parties, prices are subject to change without notice. Our quoted prices shall be valid for 20 business days. A copy of the quote should be forwarded with your purchase order to ensure agreed pricing is charged.
You acknowledge that Imprint Acoustics’ ability to deliver Products is subject to external factors, persons and entities beyond our control. Where a time of delivery is estimated by Imprint Acoustics or an order specifying a time for delivery is accepted by Imprint Acoustics, you further acknowledge that the estimate is given or the order is accepted subject to this practical limitation.
You agree that in all circumstances the time for delivery of the Products is not essential, and without limiting the effect of any other provision of these terms and conditions, in no circumstances shall Imprint Acoustics be liable for any consequential damages suffered by you or any other person for late delivery.
You or the receiver are required to check all Products on arrival. During this check it is important to check that the correct Product has been received, that the colours and finish are correct and that the quality and quantity are correct.
Imprint Acoustics must be notified in writing of any issue with the delivered Product and of any defect within 5 business days of receiving the Product.
We will accommodate all reasonable requests for changes or cancellations wherever possible and only if such requests are provided to us in writing. No cancellation or amendments will be accepted once production has commenced or once materials have been ordered.
The following procedure for dealing with defective items must be complied with in order to obtain the benefit of our warranty:
Where Imprint Acoustics is in breach of any term, warranty or condition, whether contained in these terms and conditions or implied by statute, law or otherwise and which has not been excluded from these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agrees that Imprint Acoustics’ liability for damages shall be limited to whichever of the following Imprint Acoustics, at its sole discretion, decides:
Notwithstanding the above, to the extent lawfully permitted, Imprint Acoustics’ liability is further limited to a sum not exceeding the invoice price of the Products, and you acknowledge that all Products are supplied on this basis.
Imprint Acoustics will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage (however incurred including as a result of negligence) which is or may be suffered or incurred in connection with a Product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and so that this provision is not rendered void, all terms, warranties, conditions or liabilities implied or imposed by statute, law or otherwise are hereby negated and or excluded.
In addition, you agree that Imprint Acoustics does not warrant:
The risk in the Products shall pass to you, the customer, upon un-loading of the Products at the delivery address stated in the quote or in the event of the Products being picked up from Imprint Acoustics’ manufacturing plant, the risk in the Products shall pass to you upon leaving the premises of Imprint Acoustics.
The customer warrants that performance by Imprint Acoustics pursuant to an order placed by the customer will not infringe any registered trade mark, design or other intellectual property rights of any third party. The customer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Imprint Acoustics against all claims, demands, actions proceedings, liabilities, losses and expenses for actual or alleged infringement.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept returns on goods that are damaged or incorrectly supplied. As we custom print each artwork, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 268-270 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW, 2164, Australia.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange collection of the damaged or incorrectly printed item.
